JLN-3705 is a value-optimized 湿水胶带 engineered for light-duty packaging operations. The product integrates a unidirectional high-tenacity 增强材料 yarn within a kraft paper matrix, combined with natural starch-based adhesives. It delivers reliable carton sealing performance while balancing operational economy and environmental compliance.
Five single strand of high-tenacity 增强材料 yarn is embedded longitudinally within the kraft paper 基材. This configuration concentrates tensile resistance along the primary sealing axis, preventing flap separation under 标准 transit loads.
The simplified single-yarn architecture is specifically designed for light-duty parcels and 标准 carton sealing. Operators can select the appropriate tensile grade based on actual packaging requirements, avoiding over-specification and effectively reducing unit sealing costs. The kraft paper 基材 and starch adhesive maintain full compatibility with 标准 corrugated recycling streams and support plastic reduction initiatives in the EU and North America.
Water activation triggers starch gelatinization, forming a permanent physical and hydrogen bond with corrugated fibers. Removal attempts cause visible paper tearing, providing clear tamper evidence. The adhesive maintains reliable performance across 标准 ambient conditions and adheres effectively to lightly dusty or recycled carton surfaces.
Fully compatible with JL3® proprietary water-activated dispensers and automated carton sealers. Precision moisture delivery ensures consistent adhesive activation and single-strip sealing, reducing material waste and increasing line speed.
